"I have known Mr. Rossi for 15 years and have the utmost respect for his intellectual and creative capacity. I first got to know Jack when we worked together professionally as landscape architects in Connecticut. During this time we collaborated on several major environmental design projects in which his talent as a landscape architect and his innovative ideas on environmental design and landscape theory impressed me immensely.

From this working experience I came to regard him as a truly creative, deeply thoughtful and talented person. He exhibits that rare ability to generate innovative ideas, develop and refine the best ideas and then creatively express or translate those ideas into impressive written and/or spatial design outcomes."
